    Course 1: The AI Ready Leader

You'll develop a personal AI operating model and finish with a board-ready Strategic AI Opportunity Map for your organisation, grounded in the Australian regulatory landscape.

    Course 2: The AI Investment Case – Value, Risk and Governance

    Learn why AI initiatives like Zillow's $500M iBuying fail before they start, and how to build an investment case that survives board scrutiny. You'll produce a full AI Investment Proposition and the governance framework Australian regulators and boards now expect alongside it.

    Course 3: Embedding AI in the Organisation

    The hard part of AI transformation is people and organisation; NHS England's £21M rollout across 66 hospital trusts shows why. Learn to lead stakeholders, redesign work responsibly within Australia's Fair Work obligations and build lasting organisational AI capability, captured in a complete AI Transformation Roadmap.

  • Why choose a Career Accelerator?

    Career accelerators deliver the technical skills needed to perform in real-world roles, the understanding necessary to translate those abilities into meaningful value, the human skills crucial for gaining and retaining jobs, and the reflective capabilities essential for ongoing growth. Beyond subject knowledge, you'll also benefit from 1:1 sessions with your Career Coach. They'll work with you to identify and develop the employability traits and personal skills needed to thrive at every stage of your career.

  • Do I need to attend classes at certain times?

    The majority of learning can be completed asynchronously, in your own time. While attendance is strongly recommended, recordings of all live sessions are made available afterwards. During each course, there is one live class and one live drop-in session per week, each running for one hour within standard working hours.

  • How is the program delivered?

    The program is delivered entirely online through a virtual learning environment which is accessible from your computer or smartphone. Your personal Success Manager will be available to offer support and guide you through your learning journey.

  • What are the entry requirements?

    To join the Monash Accelerator, you'll need either an undergraduate degree in any field plus at least one year of professional experience, or at least three years of professional experience if you don’t have a degree. All applicants must meet Monash University's English language proficiency requirements.

  • What is the role of the industry partners?

    These partners add industry experience to coursework development, share tech expertise and play a direct role in the curriculum design. Through their insight into the ever-changing landscape in the digital economy, they ensure you develop skills aligned to workplace demand, offer exposure to business networks and open up access to career opportunities.
